Individual
Therapy

Heidi provides Individual therapy which is person centred, trauma informed and specific to an individuals needs and goals for therapy. Whether you are new to therapy or looking to connect with a new therapist finding the right fit is important. Just like we do not make friends with everyone - I believe in the importance in feeling safe, understood and supported by your therapist. Heidi offers a non-judgmental, authentic approach to therapy. Heidi's training, knowledge and experience consists of a combination of modalities of evidence based research in collaboration with (IFS) internal family systems, somatic, emotion focussed techniques, strengths based approach to provide an individualised session supportive of you.

Heidi provides individual therapy for the below issues;

Therapy sessions  are between 50-60 minutes.

Sessions are held in a clinic in West End QLD 4101, online via Zoom or on the phone. 

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker Heidi is able to provide a Government Medicare Rebate under a 'Better Access Plan' via a Mental Health Treatment Plan which your GP can provide for you.  Please feel free to discuss this with your GP or contact Heidi if you have any further questions in regards to this.
